How do I receive my guide?
Right after checkout you’ll see a download link, and the same link is emailed to you with your receipt. Guides are PDFs that open on any phone, tablet or computer.
How does the Virtual Room Edit work?
After purchase, you’ll receive a short questionnaire and photo instructions by email within 24 hours. Your mood board, layout and clickable shopping list arrive within 7 days of receiving your photos and answers. One round of revisions is included.
How do I cancel The Sol & Manor Edit?
Anytime. Use the link in your receipt email or write to hello@solandmanor.com. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
Do you earn from the products you recommend?

The fine print
Policies

Refund policy
Digital guides. Because guides are delivered instantly, they are non-refundable once downloaded. If a file is damaged or won’t open, email us within 14 days and we’ll send a working copy or issue a full refund.
Virtual Room Edit. You can cancel for a full refund anytime before you submit your questionnaire and photos. Once design work has begun, the service is non-refundable, and one round of revisions is included.
To request a refund, email hello@solandmanor.com with your order email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellation policy
The Sol & Manor Edit is a $9 monthly subscription that renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your receipt email or by writing to hello@solandmanor.com. Cancellation stops all future charges; the current month is not refunded, and you keep access until it ends.
Delivery
All Sol & Manor products are digital. Nothing is shipped. Guides are delivered by instant download and email; design services and the monthly Edit are delivered by email.

We collect your name and email address when you sign up for our guide or newsletter, and your name, email and order details when you make a purchase. We use this information only to deliver your purchase, provide customer support, and send the Sol & Manor newsletter, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
